Ralph's Auto Care sends service-related text messages to customers who ask for them, about their own service request: quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, updates on their vehicle and follow-up after the work is done.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the unchecked text-message consent box on our request form, or by telling us on the phone that we may text you. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your service request. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no more after that. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (330) 633-0059.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
